How it Works
Coaching sessions take place fortnightly in person, by phone or skype (or a combination of these methods) for 45 minutes per session.
With personal coaching you can choose how many sessions we have together, starting with a minimum of two. Why two? Because in between sessions is where the magic happens! I will ask you to commit to a set number of sessions upfront. Although most people experience a difference in their life in just one session, I will generally recommend a block of six so that you can make real and lasting change over a period of three-four months.
Before any coaching takes place we will establish a coaching agreement. The purpose of the agreement is so we clearly understand the approach to our work together and ensure our time is used in a truly focused manner.

One-off coaching sessions are available for clients whom I have coached before. One-offs are specific and all about you – coaching when and as you need it, with no commitment.
